Kadriye works at the intersection of employment, business and human rights, and climate change, focusing on migration and the rights of migrants. She investigates the conditions of migrant workers, addressing vulnerabilities related to gender equality, non-discrimination, and workplace violence and harassment; examines precarious work and the exploitation of migrants, including issues such as domestic work, child labour, and forced labour. Her work scrutinises systemic challenges in labour and forced migration, modern slavery, human smuggling, and trafficking. She advocates for migrants' access to justice and aims to protect their rights, contributing to effective policies that uphold the dignity of all workers.
