I am currently involved in a project to estimate and understand migration from Hong Kong to the UK. The current political climate in Hong Kong means that a high proportion of its population is considering moving to another country. In this project, we are exploring how political, economic and social factors combine to influence decisions about whether to leave Hong Kong, and to which destination.
